Livin' Large is a 2-level with:
- 3 King Rooms
- 1 Queen Room
- 1 Room with 2 Queen Beds
- 1 Room with 1 Full and 1 Twin
- 2 Rooms 2 Twin beds each (with customizable character bedding)
- 1 Room with 2 Bunkbeds (with customizable character bedding)
- All bedrooms have private tv's with Roku installed to viewing access.
- 1 pull out sofa bed
- 6 Total bathrooms
Large kitchen is fully stocked, including 12 cup regular & Kurig coffee makers, blender, rice cooker, mixer, pots and pans and cooking utensils. There is no resort home kitchen better stocked than ours! We also have seating for 24 in the kitchen, unlike many 9 bedroom that host 24 and only seat 12. *The ice maker no longer works in the freezer, but we have an additional check freezer in the garage and the 7-11 is right around the corner for ice.

Laura was a very responsive and helpful host. The home was equipped with even more amenities than were listed. It is hard to say if the game room upstairs or the pool/spa, overlooking the pond, were the biggest hits. When we arrived, we were greeted with wonderful inflatables for the pool. The huge blowup whale, in the pool, was a big hit with our 3 year old grand daughter. Loved the well appointed kitchen, gated access for security, and sidewalks throughout the area. The themed bedding was also a big hit. The community water park, which is free, was SUPER enjoyable for the young kids. While the water area is mainly for younger kids, everyone enjoyed the lazy river and getting food and drinks at the concession area. There are cabanas to rent if you want privacy and shade but there are a lot of free areas you can sit and relax out of the sun. We loved our stay here and our crew of 11 can’t wait to return.

We chose this property for a family/friends vacation and it did not disappoint! Four families from 2 different states. We arrived with 10 adults and 9 kids ranging in age from 2-15; plenty of space for all of us. Kitchen is fully stocked and we especially appreciated all of the baby/toddler items. The gate for the pool was perfect for not having to worry about little ones falling in while the big kids played and splashed around. Each family planned their own perfect vacation, including the Disney parks, Universal, and NASA! This house was situated perfectly for all of that. One tip… the house is very close to Disney, but leave early to avoid the local traffic so you can get the fun started! The hosts for the property were responsive and answered all our questions. We did not have any issues while we were there, but I imagine they would have resolved it quickly if we did. Overall, great house… great hosts… and a great vacation enjoyed by all.

Absolutely amazing home and hospitality!! Never had anyone respond so quickly. In a time of chaos, Laura provided us with a calmness that I couldn’t have imagined. I am so grateful we came across this property!

The owner is very nice and is available for any questions. I have been renting homes in Kissimmee for 18 years for a college team. The nicest and most perfect home of all. Clean, plenty of dishes and cooking items needed even a crockpot! There was plenty of things to do. Pool was great and the lazy river my favorite. Will want to return to this home in the future. You won't be disappointed.

Laura's home was just simply amazing. There was a group of 17 of us, 8 adults and 9 kids and none of us wanted to leave. The home is gorgeous and has everything you can possibly need. There was so much room, we never felt crowded or on top of each other. The pool and spa as well as the other amenities in the complex were exactly what we needed after long days at parks. I can not think of one single complaint and would rent again from Laura in a heartbeat, she's an awesome host. She answered so many of my questions super quick. If you're looking to stay in luxury then this is the place to choose, we absolutely loved it. Can't wait to plan another vacation and stay here again! Thanks so much Laura!

The house was awesome and met and exceeded our needs. But most importantly, Laura was the best person I had the privilege of renting from. The property is more than a profit, she truly work to make it a home away from home. It is newly remolded, and attention was given to every thing that went into this house. The game room, the living space, the oversided table for family gatherings. The pools and all the extras things that you need to make it yours. Strollers, pool toys, nice pool furnishings, TVs, board games, gaming systems. I would rent any where I saw Laura’s name. After we departed and encountered issues, she reached out to assist. Do yourself a favorite treat your self to the best. Thanks for a wonderful vacation, it bought a separated family back together after 10 years, stress free. I nailed it, and loved my stay. See you next time.
