Livin' Great is a 2-level with:
- 1 Queen bedroom and full bathroom with hand rails on the main floor
- 2 King suites on the main floor with their own 'en suite bathrooms
- 1 King suite upstairs with private bath
- Bunkbed room with 4 beds for kids - custom bedding of Star Wars or Frozen offered
- 4 Adult bedrooms have private tv's
- All NEW Hybrid Pillowtop Mattresses 10-2024
Kitchen is fully stocked, including 12 cup regular & Keurig coffee makers, blender, crock pot, griddle, rice cooker, mixer, pots and pans and cooking utensils. This kitchen has all you need to prepare meals, not just a bare minimum of equipment. All linens, including pool towels provided.

Livin' Great is perfect for families, business trips, or sports teams. It's also suitable for short or long-term stays for insurance, corporate travel, wedding travel, college graduation and military. This home is NOT suited for parties. *We can sleep 12 guests, but NOT 12 adults. Adults may not sleep on the top bunks. Groups with 10 or more adults, must be approved by the host.

The house, the pool, the game room was perfect for our vacation. Myself, granddaughters, their better halves, and my great grandkids truly enjoyed our stay. Specifically, the host Laura was exceptional. She was responsive immediately to any of my questions and offered help with anything to enhance our experience. I would highly recommend this vacation home to anyone who is visiting the Orlando, Fl area.

We loved our stay! House was clean and kitchen was well stocked, the host was wonderful to work with, and the hot tub and pool were perfect for relaxing after long days at Disney. The house is very spacious and the game room was a big hit! Our group really enjoyed the resort slides and pool as well. It was nice to have food options right on the resort.

We had an overall 5-star stay, just as the company name suggests. The home was exceptionally clean, well-appointed, and stocked with almost everything you could ask for during your stay. The beds were very comfortable, the linens were high quality, and the area was peaceful and quiet, making it easy to truly relax. One thing we especially appreciated was all the thoughtful little extras that are often overlooked in vacation rentals. There were plenty of garbage bags, dish soap, paper products, and all the small essentials that can surprisingly add up for a one-week stay if you need to purchase them yourself. It really showed how much thought and care went into preparing the home for guests. Our son also absolutely loved the welcome snacks, which was such a kind and personal touch after a long travel day. Check-in was simple and seamless, and while the resort itself was great, we honestly barely needed to leave the house because of all the amenities available there. What really stood out most was the communication from the host. She was incredibly responsive, often replying within minutes, and was clearly on top of every detail. That level of care and attentiveness made the entire experience even better. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, stress-free getaway.

Laura’s home was wonderful for me and my friends. It was clean and beautiful. The home was well stocked with tons of appliances, utensils, dishes, etc. The game room was so much fun even for adults. I would definitely stay again!

We loved staying at this house! It was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a fun and easy trip. The neighborhood was quiet and felt really safe, but still close to all the parks, restaurants, and stores. The pool/hot tub was awesome and perfect for relaxing after long days! Everyone had their own space, which made it great. Laura was easy to communicate with, and everything was smooth from start to finish. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Orlando!

This was the perfect place to stay for a Disney vacation. Location was perfect. Close to stores and restaurants. 15 minutes to Disney parks which made it perfect to come back during the heat of the day and rest. The home was clean and very spacious. Loved that all bedrooms had their own bathroom with was so nice for our large group. If you have small children this is the spot for you. Laura has everything you need from strollers to a portable crib. My grandson love the special bedding on the bunk beds! We would book again.
