Livin' Free 2 is a 2-level with:
- 1 Queen bedroom and full bathroom on the main floor
- Two of the 3 King bedrooms upstairs have their own 'en suite bathrooms
- Remaining King and 2 twin rooms share a full hall bathroom, which is set up perfect for sharing with separate doors to access the tub/shower room and stool. (Twin/Full bunkbed and additional Twin in each room, so 3 beds in each room)
- 4 Adult bedrooms have private tv's
Kitchen is fully stocked, including 12 cup regular & Keurig coffee makers, blender, crock pot, griddle, rice cooker, mixer, pots and pans and cooking utensils. This kitchen has all you need to prepare meals, not just a bare minimum of equipment. All linens, including pool towels provided.

Windsor Hills resort features a lagoon style pool with water-slides, kid's splash pad/play area, hot tub, air conditioned game room, fitness center, movie theater, poolside marketplace bar & grill, basketball courts, sand volleyball court, playgrounds, dog park, putting green and tennis courts.
There are golf courses to suit all styles and abilities. Come stay at Windsor Hills for your next golf week, Livin' the Dream has many courses within half hour drive. The nearest golf course is Mystic Dunes - rated Orlando's #2 golf course!
We are also very close to the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex and our home is set up great for teams.
Livin' Free 2 is perfect for families, business trips, or sports teams. It's also suitable for short or long-term stays for insurance, corporate travel, wedding travel, college graduation and military. This home is NOT suited for parties. *We can sleep 16 guests, but NOT 16 adults. Adults may not sleep on the top bunks and to fit 16, 2 people must sleep in each bottom bunk, which sometimes works for kids or small adults. Groups with 12 or more adults, must be approved by the host.

Our group included 3 families with young children. We booked this house because of its family friendly features. All baby gear was there as advertised, the game room was perfect & included lots of seating for both kids & adults, and the playground was right across the street. There was a welcome basket full of snacks @ check in which everyone enjoyed. The pool was large and stocked with floats & toys which the kids loved. The house was clean and while like most rental properties only includes a starter amount of paper towels, toilet paper, etc., it had the best appointed kitchen we’ve stayed at (lots of pots & pans, a griddle, cooking utensils etc.).
The clubhouse was only a 5 minute walk away which we used once but we mostly lounged at our pool. Very communicative host and awesome house. Highly recommend for families/groups!

We had a two week stay in this villa in August 2025. It is an extremely roomy villa which met the needs of our mixed age family group perfectly. It was well equipped and very clean. The location is excellent both in relation to theme parks and within the beautifully maintained Windsor Hills resort. The host could not have more helpful, responding quickly to questions both before and during the holiday.

The house had everything we needed and more. Loved having a large living room at the front of the house. Loved having the water park on premises. the beds were very comfortable with three king beds. It exceeded all of our needs and the owner was an excellent communicator and easy to get ahold of. I would recommend this property to any family with lots of kids and infants.

We stayed at Laura’s house for 10 days and it was so perfect in many ways for our family of 9 . The layout of kitchen and dining area to the bedrooms all worked out excellent and it felt like home for our entire stay . The back patio has a great setup with a pool , hot tub , barbeque and an outdoor Tv which was a real hit to have the music channels on while enjoying the pool . The house also has a great games room that our kids loved and used daily . The other great amenity’s this house has to offer is it’s only a short walk to the water park that we enjoyed on several days as well as the park which is across the street for the younger kids. Between the location of the house , the house itself and all the amenity’s close by , this combined with Laura’s helpful info and response time makes this a a def 10 out of 10 in our books . We have stayed in Windsor Hills twice before. This time was amazing. The house was perfect for us. It was a good proximity to the club house and right across from the big playground. The hosts were very friendly and responsive.

The house was as described. It was very clean. The location was great for our purposes of visiting the parks. We had the pool heated and my grandkids enjoyed the pool every day. They also enjoyed the community pool. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need to make meals at home. It was a nice neighborhood to take a walk and I felt safe there as the security was very good with a gated entrance. The host was very easy to reach. We had no issues during our stay as the house was well maintained. I would definitely recommend this house to friends.

The home worked out perfectly for our large family group. Great location. Close to Disney. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate everyone and fully equipped with many amenities. Kids loved the pool and game room. Free use of the resort facilities was a plus. Host was wonderful to deal with. Very helpful and responsive to our questions. Can’t wait to return on our next trip to Orlando.

We truly had an incredible experience. The house's close proximity to Disney World made our stay all the more enjoyable, and I really appreciated how clean and well-maintained it was. The pool was a delightful escape, comfortably warm and inviting. It was comforting to find the house stocked with all the essentials and even more. I also want to highlight the superb communication throughout our stay; it made a real difference.

Our family vacation at this house was the most fun and relaxing vacation! We are water lovers and paid to keep pool heated, best choice ever! We spent about 15 hours a day pool side. Kids and adults loved every minute! Kitchen was everything a cook wanted from crock pot to endless dishes. Lots of towels, bathrooms and room for everyone and everything! Laura was an excellent host and was right there if I had any questions. The community was so safe, one uber driver said as safe as Fort Knox! Loved our vacation!!! I highly recommend this house!!
