Livin' Free is a 2-level with:
- 1 Queen bedroom and full bathroom on the main floor
- Two of the 3 King bedrooms upstairs have their own 'en suite bathrooms
- Remaining King and 2 twin rooms share a full hall bathroom, which is set up perfect for sharing with separate doors to access the tub/shower room and stool. (Twin/Full bunkbed and additional Twin in each room, so 3 beds in each room)
- Queen pull-out sofa
- 4 Adult bedrooms have private tv's
- Blackout Curtains in Bedrooms
Kitchen is fully stocked, including 12 cup regular & Keurig coffee makers, blender, crock pot, griddle, rice cooker, mixer, pots and pans and cooking utensils. This kitchen has all you need to prepare meals, not just a bare minimum of equipment.
All linens, including pool towels provided.

Livin' Free is great for families, business trips, or sports teams. It's also suitable for short or long-term stays for insurance, corporate travel, wedding travel, college graduation and military. This home is NOT suited for parties. *We can sleep 16 guests, but NOT 16 adults. Adults may not sleep on the top bunks and to fit 16, 2 people must sleep in each bottom bunk, which sometimes works for kids or small adults. Groups with 12 or more adults, must be approved by the host.

We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back. The home was spacious and had so many features our family really valued, especially the game room and the fenced-in pool. We also loved having access to the community center, which had two waterslides, a splash pad, a large pool, and a center with shops and activities. One of our favorite parts was the location right across the street from a large private kids park. It had a great layout for little ones, and the castle design made it feel extra special and fun. We also really appreciated all of the thoughtful supplies that were included, like shampoo, bathroom soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and even Lysol wipes. This is the first time we have stayed somewhere with so much provided, and it made a big difference. Laura was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. When we had trouble figuring out the AC and fridge settings, they replied very quickly and helped us right away. Overall, this was a great stay with excellent amenities, thoughtful touches, and a very attentive host.

Communication with this host was top level... We had to make some last minute requests and they accommodated our asks and set expectations. Out of the three houses I have rented near the parks this was the best/easiest experience... 10/10 would recommend and will be back.

Just completed a month long stay at this home and it was fantastic! The home was very clean, spacious and as advertised. The pool and hot tub which we opted to heat, were a big highlight! We enjoyed them even during chilly weather in February. The beds were very comfortable which isn’t always the case with rental homes and there are 3 king bedrooms which is a big plus. Communication was flawless with laura the property host. She was very helpful with our questions and quick to respond. One minor issue was resolved immediately. Walking the dog in this neighborhood was enjoyable and everyone nearby was friendly. We truly felt at home during our stay. We were sad to leave and will definitely be back again soon.

The hostess extremely welcoming and left a lovely welcome basket my family enjoyed! Many beach pool towels to use. Family loved game room! We had a wonderful time there with family celebrating our daughter turning 30!

We had a great family vacation at Laura’s home! The house was bigger than expected and had plenty of room for our family to relax. The added amenities are an amazing bonus! Laura was very responsive and answered me quickly anytime I had a question. If traveling to Orlando in the future - we will definitely reach out to stay again!

This house is perfect for a large group enjoying the Disney area. Where do I start? Location is perfect, minutes from Disney. So close we could hear the fireworks at night. The pool was always sparkling clean and refreshing after an August day in the parks. Our grandchildren enjoyed the waterpark, a short walk from the house. They also enjoyed the game room during afternoon thunderstorms. Laura was a dream, she always responded to inquiries (before, during and after our stay) within minutes. I could go on and on. If in the area again, we would definitely stay here.

The house was perfect! Very well equipped with children needs, gates for steps, strollers and monitors. The pool was so relaxing and having pool towels was one less thing we had to bring.it was nice to be able to cook instead of eating all meals out. Kitchen was stocked and spacious.My family was able to relax and enjoy each other. We will be back
