Livin' Great is a 2-level with:
- 1 Queen bedroom and full bathroom with hand rails on the main floor
- 2 King suites on the main floor with their own 'en suite bathrooms
- 1 King suite upstairs with private bath
- Bunkbed room with 4 beds for kids - custom bedding of Star Wars or Frozen offered
- 4 Adult bedrooms have private tv's
Kitchen is fully stocked, including 12 cup regular & Keurig coffee makers, blender, crock pot, griddle, rice cooker, mixer, pots and pans and cooking utensils. This kitchen has all you need to prepare meals, not just a bare minimum of equipment. All linens, including pool towels provided.

Our stay on this property was excellent. My husband and I were there for a month. The property was very clean, any issues we had was taken care of immediately which were few. My children and grandchildren came for a week and loved it. Besides the pool, there is a game room and a tv outside by the pool. Also they have almost everything you would need for an infant to a toddler. We all enjoyed our stay

Everything about this property is superb. The hosts are lovely and only want guests to have a terrific vacation. Lounging poolside while grilling and watching television was the best. We are excited to return!

My family and I stayed in this amazing home. First I want to say that the host are absolutely amazing. They responded immediately to every question I had plus provided us with an electronic manual of the home and area. It was beyond amazing. The bedrooms each have a bathroom and are set up away from each other so privacy is great. Teenagers had their own space where the adults did not disturb them. The house is fully equipped with all your needs including items for babies. This was a great find for my family. The kids never left the game room and the parents had a blast beating them in some old school arcade games. We brought our bicycles to ride through the gated community and it was so quiet and safe. My kids experienced riding up and down hills for the first time. It was hilarious. We completely forgot we were in the middle of a pandemic and everything felt normal. We did not visit the clubhouse because we enjoyed the home so much. It is near shopping and gas stations. The home was very clean and comfy. Beds were super comfy for us. Kids loved the bunk beds in the one room also. The pool was so much fun and not too deep for our peace of mind. They also provided a safety net if necessary. The home has more than one AC and Hot water heater so we never ran out of hot water or felt uncomfortable with the temperature. We actually extended our stay and the hosts accommodated us with out any issues. Looking forward to returning to this home very soon.

Laura is a super host for a reason. Our communication was key, from pre-booking, checking in to make sure we arrived and wishing safe travels. The small yet meaningful gentle touches made the stay even more amazing. The house was perfect for my family. Each bedroom very comfortable and cozy. Game room amazing with board games for family fun night. The home was equipped with necessities down to a pump for the pool floats. There was also a binder with important visitor information, which we found very helpful to decide on which place to dine in. Overall 5 stars. Laura you are the best!! I’m looking forward to our next stay.

The house was exactly as described, very clean and there were several thoughtful touches like ample beach towels and floats for the pool, several staples like sugar, salt and pepper in the pantry, and personal care items like soaps and shampoos in the hall closet. We loved the game room and the fact that there were board games to play as well. The property was very secure with gated entry to the community and had several amenities at the club house. We would definitely stay at one of Laura’s properties again!

If there was more than 5 stars , I would have given it more. My family and I are so happy to have been able have this house to make our memories for our vacation!!
